Tour Qualification Requirements:
- Married couples, co-habitating couples or single women, must be between the ages of 25 and 68. If a generated Tour is married or has a significant other, both partners and spouses must be present at the Presentation to be Qualified and together will be considered one Qualified Tour.
- Guest must have a combined annual household income of at least $50,000 US.
- For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license and a major credit card (no major debit cards). Co-habs must show matching address ID (must prove live together.)
- Guest cannot have toured Ellington Wachesaw Plantation East in the past 13 months or any Festiva resort in the past 6 months or be a Festiva owner.
- All parties must be U.S. Citizens and be able to speak & understand English.
- No group travel or multiple package use is permitted. No pets allowed on tour.
- Must speak & understand Fluent English. Must be a U.S. Citizen

A 72 hour notice must be given if you have to cancel or ---you will be charged full price for your reserved room if you do not show up and check in.
