Qualifications:
- Married or co-habiting couples at least 25 years of age with a combined annual income greater than $50,000. Couples must show ID residing at the same address and must attend the presentation together. NO SINGLES.
- No quinnellas (2 or more families traveling together) or Full time students will be accepted.
- For identification purposes, each Qualified Prospect must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license and a valid major credit card (checkbooks & debit cards are not accepted).
- Couples cannot have toured a Bluegreen Resort within the prior 15 months and cannot be owners of Bluegreen Resorts.
- Must be U.S. or Canadian Citizens (excluding Quebec) and speak and understand fluent English.
- Approved States: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NJ, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV and WI
- Guests are housed at Comfort Inn, Mountain Trace, Days Inn, Quality Inn or similar.
- Reservations cannot be accepted less than 7 days prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a 1 nt plus room tax no show charge.
- A 1 night no show charge will apply for any confirmed guest that does not check-in. All room nights will be charged back for guests that do not meet the qualifications outlined above.
