Oil Spill spells Disaster Gulf
If you did not live in Florida you were more than likely someone who was traveling there to see Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios or some other attraction. Especially if you were going to Orlando Florida, as that is where most of the attractions or dinner shows are. Don’t get me wrong there is many other destinations that are just as good like, St Augustine, Daytona Beach, Miami and of course let’s not forget the Florida Keys.
Having lived in Venice Florida close to the beach I enjoyed all the fun we use to have on those white beaches with the crystal blue water. We would enjoy sun bathing, volley ball, and scuba diving off the beaches where we found some great treasures. We would find some undamaged shells, very large shark’s teeth and found some really nice jewelry like a diamond ring and gold chain necklace.
Well let me get to the point of this article, I lived in Venice Florida for over 15 years. During that time our oil companies wanted to put oil wells in the Gulf of Mexico so we would not have to import more oil lin the future. All the environments flooded into the state clamming if an accident happened it would have a detrimental impact on the environment in that area. So they lobbied and stopped any of our American companies from putting oil rigs out in the golf.
They did not get much opposition because who wants to sit on the beach and look at those big ugly rigs anyway, so they were happy to let our oil under the ocean and just stay there. We could do something in the future if we needed any oil. It was like keeping it in the bank and we would not have to worry about messing up our clean blue water and all the wonderful things in it. Like those big yummy shrimp, millions of fish and of course let’s not forget that wonderful lobster.
Well what a wake up call to the smart American people who wanted to keep their beaches safe at the price of paying higher fuel costs. Then to find out that other foreign countries has stuck 14 oil wells in the Gulf of Mexico and are stealing their own oil. And the very thing they were afraid of has happened.
I have talked to many people who had no idea that there were even any wells out there at all and seem to have an who cares attitude. It is a shock thing waking up one day and finding out that hardly anyone cares about their country, but what can you expect when it Is filling up with illegal immigrants who are getting a free ride and using up all our natural resources.
Well here is another sham on the American people who depend on the government for everything and a people who always get it up the you where by them. Not only do they have the worst oil spill in the world, but it is still today dumping more the 500 barrels of oil a day into the ocean, and it is in the gulf of Mexico by a foreign country who is stealing American oil.
Worse yet they have all these big ships from foreign countries going into the gulf taking your oil and who knows what else. They have the entire coast from Florida to Mexico wide open to whatever they want to do while they are in there. We have nobody protecting our boarders or our golf coast waters and shores. Your uncle sam is protecting the entire world except here at home where the citizens pay though the nose and get nothing in return.
In closing I am wondering who Is going to pay for the mess these companies are making out of our country. Why they want to make a dump out of America by shipping their nuclear waste and burning it over here. Charging outrageous prices for oil stolen fuel from our golf cost and selling it back to you. Yes they are trying to get the well from dumping oil into the gulf but are the more concerned about the detrimental damage it will cost for many years or just about the money they are loosening. It is my opinion it is the latter because all those countries that your government has gotten you involved with hate real Americans.
