Home – Base Telemarketing
The great thing about Home-Based-Telemarketing is that it’s not like your average telemarketing job. If you’ve telemarketed before, you know that you drive into the office, you work from 5-9pm, you make a little bit per hour, and hopefully if things go well, you make a little bit of bonus money. Typically, telemarketers that work for a company at their office earn $200-$400 per week. With Oasis Marketing Group, you have opportunities ranging from entry level all the way up to team leaders. Plus, there’s no favoritism or office politics when it comes to who gets promoted… you are promoted based on your production. This is YOUR opportunity. Listed below, you’ll find how our pay scale and promotion scale works:

The company’s main goal with telemarketing is to provide you with all the tools you need to be successful. As one of our Telemarketing Associates, we provide you with leads, scripting, rebuttals, manifests and most importantly, we work hard to ensure that our marketers have projects to constantly work on. Projects do change from time to time, but we keep the same concept in mind. We are a resort marketing company, providing vacation ownership resorts with quality families to preview their vacation ownership properties.

How do I get paid?
OMG representatives are independent contractors. You will be required to provide the following information: a W-9, an I-9, a state-issued photo ID such as a drivers license, and a social security card or birth certificate. (A valid passport may be used in place of the other two forms of ID.) The pay cycle runs Monday through Sunday, and your pay for any families that qualify for and complete their tour, will be distributed on the second Tuesday following the close of the pay period.
Using this calendar as an example, all qualified families that tour during the Monday 1st – Sunday 7th period will be paid to you on Tuesday the 16th.
What is an Independent Contractor?
As an independent contractor, you will receive all the benefits of owning your own business… You are your own boss, you are typically paid more than a standard employee, and you can take increased business deductions for things such as internet, telephone, cell phone, clothing, vehicle-related expenses, etc.
Oasis Marketing Group, LLC has operated an OPC (off property contact) program since we began business in 2004.
What is an OPC?
An OPC is a marketing representative that contacts potential resort guests at designated locations such as restaurants, hotels and shopping centers, to invite families to preview a particular resort property that we represent. Each OPC will offer gifts & incentives to entice families to attend a resort presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes. The great thing is that every time you get a family to come in and take a look, you get paid! The resort is happy because they have potential clients to preview their resort and vacation ownership program. The customer is happy because they receive $100-$400 worth of incentives just to take a look. Every time a family takes a look, the marketer gets paid whether the family has lots of interest or absolutely no interest in the products that are being offered by the resort. Everybody wins!
Currently OMG offers 2 OPC projects… We have a Williamsburg, VA project which is managed by Bud Weiss (bud@oasismarketinggroup.com). We also offer a project in the Outer Banks of North Carolina which is currently being managed by Benny Darnley (benny@oasimarketinggroup.com). OMG prides itself in consistently finding projects in these two areas to keep our OPC Marketers busy and making money at all times. We also feature competitive industry pay and great operating locations.
What separates OMG from every other resort or vendor that provides OPC opportunities? OMG remains on the cutting edge by providing our OPCs projects not only in season, but 365 days out of the year. Be sure to take a look at our telemarketing and trade show projects. Just because you’re an OPC doesn’t mean you’re limited to OPC! We also offer the opportunity to make telemarketing calls and work trade shows to ensure our marketers the ability to make an exceptional income year-round.
